Your trial starts when you create your academy account, and its end date stays visible in the account. To continue, add a card and pay $79/month, plus $29/month for each additional location. You don’t add a card to start, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.

Yes. The live demo is the real product running on a shared, fictional academy that resets daily. Using it doesn’t start your trial, and none of its records carry over to your account.

Telegram is available today. Messenger is in beta: you connect your academy’s Facebook Page, and availability can depend on Meta’s review and your region. WhatsApp isn’t available yet.

They scan your QR code and the chat opens on their phone, with no separate app or login. From there they register themselves or their child, accept your terms, check in, pay invoices and buy packages.

Yes. Scheduling, attendance, memberships and invoicing work without Stripe. You choose the payment mode in Settings and record the payments you collect another way. Connecting Stripe adds online card payments.

You connect through Stripe’s own onboarding, which sets up a connected Stripe account for your academy. Member payments go straight to that account and DojoCore doesn’t hold your revenue. Saved cards and subscriptions don’t move over automatically, so talk to us if you already collect through Stripe.

You can import people, memberships, attendance, rank history and payment history from a spreadsheet or another system’s export, depending on what that system provides. There are presets for systems including Gymdesk, Kicksite, Spark, MyStudio and Zen Planner; Gymdesk’s has been checked against a real export, so for others you confirm each column. You review everything first. Imported payments are history only: nobody is charged, and saved cards and active subscriptions need a separate plan.

Direct help with using DojoCore, help setting up your academy and importing members, and an optional walkthrough, with no setup fee. Extensive historical-data cleanup and custom development are separate services.

Cancel anytime: access continues until the end of your paid period and the subscription doesn’t renew. Fees already paid aren’t refundable unless the law requires it. The academy owner can export your data as CSV and JSON files, and you have 30 days after your account ends to obtain an export.

A separate training site that shares your academy’s administration and member records. Different programs, mats or rooms at one site aren’t charged separately. Independent businesses each have their own subscription.
